Sleep Studies: What to Expect

Sleep studies are perfectly painless. The study involves coming to our sleep laboratory which is designed to be comfortable and much like a hotel room. During the study we’ll be measuring your sleep stages, breathing, snoring, heart rhythm, oxygen level, and degree of movements or restlessness as you sleep. You will be able to get up and go to the restroom anytime you need to and your technologist will be available throughout the night to monitor your sleep patterns and assist you at any time.
